This house is a private 3-storey residence area of 1437 sq. m, located on a plot of 1700 sq. m in the region Gardens of Mayendorf, Zhukovka, Moscow. Materials used for facade finishing are clinker bricks, natural dolomite stone and heat-treated wood. For outdoor paving are used natural heat-treated granite and wooden decking.

The concept, which takes up the project of the house, is suiting of triangle plot-shape form. The main idea was to preserve century-old pine trees on this location, and incorporate this house into unique nature ambient of forest. The main rooms of the house, with panoramic glass walls, are oriented toward a spacious patio, which is formed by two parts of the house, positioned at an angle of 45 degrees. On 2 above-ground floors are located living and spa area, patio-terrace, 5 bedrooms with balconies, and an autonomous zone for security and drivers. In the basement is a garage for 7 cars, a technical kitchen and 2 studio apartments for the staff.
